Key Account Partnership Manager
">We're seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers through effective communication and customer engagement.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- Maintain existing customer relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Engage with customers through regular calls and messages to ensure timely support and resolution of issues.
- Achieve monthly targets in a high-performance environment by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
">- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Computer Science or technical background preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in B2C sales (min 6 months) with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong influencing abilities.
- Result-driven with target-centric experience and a passion for driving sales growth.
- Self-motivated with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
