Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Strategist Role

We seek an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of CRM strategies, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align CRM strategies and ensure a consistent customer experience across touchpoints.
  • User Support: Provide training and support to CRM users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of the system, and empowering them to achieve their goals.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about CRM technology trends and best practices, recommending innovative solutions and improvements to drive business success.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement and optimizing system performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Address and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of system availability.
