We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to join our sales team as a Lead Nurturer. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering meaningful connections with potential customers and guiding them through the sales process.
As a Lead Nurturer, your primary objective will be to identify high-potential leads and provide personalized support to help them progress through the sales funnel.
You will be responsible for monitoring email replies, drafting contextual responses, and collaborating closely with sales teams to schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Monitor and respond to email replies from marketing campaigns in a timely manner.
- Draft professional and context-aware responses using a mix of templates and contextual information.
- Identify high-potential leads and escalate them to the sales team for further action.
- Nurture conversations with prospects to keep them engaged and interested.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs/BDRs to schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Proven experience in administrative support or client coordination is not required but would be beneficial.
- Strong command of Google Sheets (formulas, filters, formatting) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - are essential.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively is crucial.
- High attention to detail and accuracy are necessary for success in this role.
- Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Google Drive, and basic CRM systems is advantageous.
