Job Title: IT Leadership and Strategy Professional

This position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for leading the strategic implementation and maintenance of information technology solutions that support our academic, administrative, and research activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the university environment. They will be responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, including network availability, server performance, and system uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily IT operations, including network availability, server performance, and system uptime.
  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, printers) and software issues for faculty, staff, and students.
  • Manage day-to-day IT tasks and user requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Implement and manage software deployment, updates, and patching across our systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
  • Proven experience working in a university or educational environment is a significant advantage.
