Senior Digital Project Manager Job Description

Ruder Finn is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Digital Project Manager to join their global team.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in managing digital projects and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a client-facing mindset are essential for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with developers and client contacts to oversee development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Perform QA testing to ensure email content renders well across email clients, matches client submission, and is error-free
  • Schedule emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, guide clients on account protocols, and process distribution lists
  • Pull metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and share reports with clients
  • Assist with additional email marketing projects, such as quarterly benchmark reports or template builds
  • Identify potential roadblocks or delays with projects and clients to ensure smooth operations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment; specifically, at an agency
  • Ability and desire to work with a high degree of independence and ownership in a geographically distributed team
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and availability to support the US East Coast business hours
  • Advanced English level
  • Experience in working in an onsite/offshore delivery model highly preferred
