Process Training Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires, focusing on classroom training and remote learning solutions.
  • Manage training batches with a 1:20 ratio, ensuring seamless execution of training sessions.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents on process, quality, and best practices, as well as one-on-one support.
  • Document and provide feedback based on audit findings, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Participate in weekly calibration calls with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Deliver training sessions within specified timelines, adhering to established standards.
  • Conduct performance assessments of trainees during testing, providing actionable feedback for growth.
  • Manage databases, track daily reports, and analyze performance metrics to inform training decisions.
  • Motivate associates through effective management, career development, and implementation of reporting mechanisms.
  • Process transactions on a regular basis, as defined by the process, to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments by undergoing TTT certification, staying informed about new products, and understanding the training phase.
  • Perform thorough TNI audits and conduct refresher sessions, tracking performance and implementing improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of performance and critically analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Critical Skills Required:
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for client-facing interactions.
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts, preferably afternoon shifts.
    • Knowledge of UK Mortgages and experience working with Microsoft applications.
    • Creation of academies and newsletters, demonstrating creativity and initiative.
    • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
    • Ability to investigate complex issues using open sources and research, recommending solutions to close discrepancies.
    • Result-oriented approach with a focus on client satisfaction.
    • Feedback and coaching skills to drive agent performance.
    • Good rapport-building skills and methodical organization.
    • Experience with cryptocurrency products or the digital currency industry is a plus.

Selection Criteria:

  • Must be a graduate from any stream, not enrolled in any regular course.
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in UK Mortgages, preferably E2E.
  • Should be a citizen of India or have the right to work in India.
  • Should be above the age of 18 years.
