Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Success Trainer to develop comprehensive training programs and materials for our sales and customer success teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating training videos, cheat sheets, and conducting live training sessions to focus on product knowledge, soft skills, and technical aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to optimize its effectiveness.
  • Create training content including cheat sheets, videos, and manuals.
  • Develop a 'Hose Finder' and 'Hose Assembly Code Finder' tool.
  • Design and update cheat sheets for hose fittings, chemical resistance charts, and conversion tables.
  • Conduct training sessions on various topics and deliver training videos for product clarification, soft skills, etc.
  • Provide training on the LMS and ensure successful delivery of training sessions as per schedule.
  • Collaborate with different teams to identify training needs and gaps.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in training sales/customer service organization.
