Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives. This pivotal role demands an individual with extensive experience in DLP and team management, coupled with expertise in commissioning and implementing various DLP solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and deploy DLP Endpoint profiles.
  • Add and manage access roles in DLP.
  • Upgrade DLP Server activities, including backing up and archiving old incidents.
  • Develop DLP Incident management and escalation workflows, as well as document DLP processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MSc/ MCA /MS degree is mandatory. A minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security or Information security, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Forcepoint DLP, is required. Proficiency in managing teams, hands-on experience in commissioning and implementation of various DLP solutions on Windows and Linux environments, and integrating with various tools such as AD, IAM, SIEM, Web, Email, etc., are essential.

Experience in automating processes using scripting as per the capability of the tool, understanding of data classification, and experience in managing policies and exceptions, adding exceptions to the policies based on pre-defined criteria, monitoring of endpoints, Web, Email, etc., and analyzing data produced by the client DLP system, are desirable.

Knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) for DLP is highly preferred.
