As a Service Management Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's service management functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Service Management:

  • Provide level 2 and 3 support for service management in a mission-critical environment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Operate under ITIL processes to manage incidents, changes, problems, and knowledge.

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop permanent fixes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in service management or a related field.
