Job OverviewThis role plays a key part in the Smiths Detection Sales Team (Aftermarket) in India. As an Executive Aftermarket Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and submitting invoices, generating credit notes, and following up with customers on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices through SAP, ensuring accurate and timely submission via email or payment portals.
- Assist with contract billing validation by reviewing related documentation for accuracy.
- Update billing plans in SAP, starting with basic tasks and gradually taking on more complex responsibilities as experience grows.
- Liaise with customers to resolve billing issues and answer general inquiries.
- Manage third-party payment portals as the primary administrator, ensuring proper login tracking and invoice approvals.
- Coordinate the submission of compliance documents alongside invoices and generate credit notes in SAP.
- Minimum graduate degree.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, aftermarket billing & order administration, logistics, and customer service.
- Prior experience working in SAP environment, with strong skills in data analysis and presentation.
- High attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
Rupees 1,200,000 - Rupees 1,800,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
