The role of an Embedded Software Developer involves designing, developing, and optimizing firmware for wearable and IoT devices. This entails working on low-power wireless communication protocols such as BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, etc., and wireless charging/power systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop embedded firmware for wearable and IoT devices.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
  • Implement power management strategies for energy-efficient devices.
  • Use various tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers to debug and troubleshoot firmware issues.
Must-Have Skills
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Embedded C/C++ programming.
  • Have hands-on experience in firmware development for embedded systems.
  • Show knowledge of wireless power technologies (Qi, NFC, RF-based charging).
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience in wearable and IoT device hardware design is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sensor integration (motion, biometric, environmental) is beneficial.

This position requires a solid understanding of embedded systems and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring concepts from prototype to production.
