Project Delivery Specialist

As a key member of the global project delivery team, this role plays a critical role in providing end-to-end support for client implementations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with experience in scoping and understanding requirements, designing project elements, and supporting clients and colleagues throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop working knowledge of solutions and platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to create project 'scope of work' plans and documentation.
  • Lead and/or facilitate planning sessions to build consensus among project team members regarding task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies across a project.
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Prepare project reports for project status meetings as required.
  • Identify, track, monitor, and communicate on project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of projects.
  • Monitor workflows and deadlines to ensure all team members meet project goals accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Act as liaison between clients, colleagues, and other external stakeholders, e.g. vendors, associates, contractors.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, e.g., by handling questions, concerns, feedback, etc., with speed, accuracy, friendliness, and professionalism.
  • Work to ensure project plans deliver against SLAs and other KPI expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow processes around documentation of client work and interactions, e.g,. utilizing project management tools such as Salesforce and OpenAir.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a project management environment is required.
  • Education/certification in project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software, e.g. MS Project, Jira etc.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.
  • Previous experience in the industry is desirable but not required.
  • Demonstrable evidence of being able to collaborate effectively with others, multitask, and prioritize workloads for self and others.
