Experienced ServiceNow Administrator Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow administrator to manage our platform, focusing on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules, ensuring seamless integration with external systems.
  • Perform DevOps activities, such as code deployments across environments, to maintain platform stability.
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects, adhering to ITIL processes and change management best practices.
  • Manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems, resolving incidents and providing root cause analysis.
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability, ensuring efficient operation.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting, leveraging strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
  • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches, automating operational tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks, facilitating effective knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, with a focus on GRC modules.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, and GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI), with a strong understanding of ITIL processes and change management.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution and defect fixes.
