Job Opening: Experienced ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a seasoned developer to fill this role.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and process managers on development tasks.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have knowledge of standard IT technologies and 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • Work closely with product owners to understand requirements and own code from design to delivery.
  • Ensure timely completion of technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and related Integrations.
  • Implement Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows and forms, scripts.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Development experience in SPM and related Integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
