About the Role:

We seek a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The role requires ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards while supporting cross-functional teams to deliver business value through automation and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or a degree in a relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset focused on scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Effective collaboration skills, experienced in working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in creating architecture diagrams and comprehensive technical documentation.
