Job Role Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full scope of human resources operations, partnering with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives forward. They will develop and implement effective human resources policies, programs, and practices that support the organization's overall goals and objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Attract, select, and onboard high-caliber talent to meet business needs.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and coach employees to improve job performance.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage employee compensation, benefits, and time-off requests in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting career growth and development.
  • HR Liaison: Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations.
  • Required Skills:
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in HR systems and software.
