Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality management initiatives in an international voice process setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, managing call quality and client-related KPIs, and evaluating the effectiveness of quality interventions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strengthening quality management processes, accurately capturing SLA/SLO metrics, and providing crisp and specific feedback to front-line teams. Additionally, they will support the quality and compliance teams in performing various audits and follow-ups.

This role requires strong people management skills, ability to drive initiatives to closure, and excellent communication skills. The candidate should also possess high-level maturity to handle people, including clients, stakeholders, peers, etc.
