Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Performance Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Acquisition to develop and execute SEM/Facebook campaigns and media buying initiatives, with the goal of maximizing ROI.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data-driven marketing, and excellent communication and project management abilities. They will be responsible for managing internal resources or agencies to deliver, monitor, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs against targets.

In this role, you will analyze creative performance by market, develop new creative options in collaboration with the brand team, and forecast target assumptions during quarterly and annual budget periods. You will also identify data trends and insights, optimize spends and performance based on those insights, and plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEM/Facebook campaigns and media buying initiatives
  • Analyze creative performance by market and develop new creative options
  • Forecast target assumptions during quarterly and annual budget periods
  • Identify data trends and insights and optimize spends and performance
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
