Job Title: Marketing Cloud Intelligence/Datorama Specialist
Key Responsibilities and ChallengesThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering dashboard reporting, providing a holistic view of marketing performance for clients using the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform. This involves working with the Australian team to deliver accurate and timely data insights.
- Manage data streams and ensure accurate reporting metrics.
- Build marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
- Visualise data to tell a story and provide a detailed analysis of marketing performance.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining complex data models.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama.
- Solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
- Demonstrated experience building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
