Performance Marketing Specialist

Are you a skilled performance marketing expert with experience in managing campaigns on Meta Ads? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing Specialist.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager. Your primary goal will be to drive campaign success by creating targeted campaigns for conversions, leads, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager.
  • Targeted Campaigns: Conduct research and create targeted campaigns for conversions, leads, and brand awareness.
  • Ad Creative Development: Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and formats.
  • Campaign Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, bids, and daily ad spends to ensure ROI.
  • Tracking and Optimization: Track KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Retargeting Strategies: Set up retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom audience strategies.
  • Creative Alignment: Coordinate with design/content teams for creative alignment.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor ad strategies and suggest improvements.
  • A/B Testing: Run A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and targeting.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare campaign performance reports and present insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Platform Updates: Stay updated with Meta platform updates, policies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Manager & Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models.
  • Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Experience in retargeting & remarketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting sense for ads and ability to brief creatives effectively.
  • Agency experience preferred but not mandatory.
