We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our team as Appointment Setters. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales team.

  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce our brand and services to potential clients.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify leads based on their needs and business goals.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team and maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to introduce our brand and services to potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify, engage, and qualify leads based on their needs and business goals.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our sales team and maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven experience working with clients in Australia and the US.
  • Resilience and Confidence: Confidence and resilience in making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • Energetic and Self-Motivated: High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation Structure: $3 AUD per hour for below 3 KPIs, $5 AUD per hour for 4-5 bookings per person/day, and $10 AUD per additional booking from the 6th booking onward.
  • Additional Incentives: $20 AUD per converted client.
