NRI Relationship Manager Job Description

The NRI Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with NRI clients through continuous engagement and risk profiling. This role entails identifying potential customers and providing them with customized solutions tailored to their needs. The position requires effective client management and acquisition, with a focus on expanding Asset under Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial solutions to NRI customers while maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer profiles, including risk profiles, demographics, and assets in the bank.
  • Engage with existing customers through regular mailers and phone calls, sharing insights on market fluctuations and product offerings.
  • Enhance relationships and increase wallet share through customer engagement activities.
  • Cross-sell the Bank's products and services/third-party investment products to deepen existing relationships.
  • Monitor inflows and outflows in mapped NRI accounts and track NRI visits to India.
  • Identify potential customers for tailored product sales to enhance product penetration.
  • Acquire new customers by converting referral leads generated through existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats, and overseas branches.
  • Achieve targets assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
  • Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.
  • Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from a recognized institute.
  • AMFI and NCFM certifications.
Role Proficiencies:
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Ability to manage complex client situations.
  • Good communication skills in both English and the local language.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good networking and relationship building skills.
