Main Objectives

Drive business growth and expansion through effective leadership and strategic planning in the territory.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of experienced professionals to achieve business objectives and shape the future of the agricultural industry.
  2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance seed operations, improve crop yields, and increase customer satisfaction.
  3. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, expansion, and diversification within the territory.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and government officials.
  5. Ensure compliance with PepsiCo policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

  1. Graduate/PG in Agriculture or related field, with MBA in Marketing or Supply Chain.
  2. Experience of dealing with farmers, traders, negotiation, selling, collaboration, and agricultural departments.
  3. Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
