Agricultural Business Development Manager

Main Objectives
Drive business growth and expansion through effective leadership and strategic planning in the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of experienced professionals to achieve business objectives and shape the future of the agricultural industry.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance seed operations, improve crop yields, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, expansion, and diversification within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and government officials.
- Ensure compliance with PepsiCo policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
- Graduate/PG in Agriculture or related field, with MBA in Marketing or Supply Chain.
- Experience of dealing with farmers, traders, negotiation, selling, collaboration, and agricultural departments.
- Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
