Growth Operations Intern Role

This is a paid, full-time position for a Growth Operations Intern in Mumbai.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automations using Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools to inform business decisions.
  • Apply AI tools (e.g., for data cleanup, lead enrichment, content drafts) to accelerate workflows and enhance productivity across growth tasks.
  • Create, document, and optimize operational processes; identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and implement scalable systems.
  • Coordinate daily operations, align team tasks with clear timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with documented procedures.
  • Standardize and optimize processes through root-cause analysis, metric reviews, and continuous improvement experiments.
  • Maintain operational efficiency: organize documentation, enforce quality controls, and uphold compliance across workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong analytical skills to assess and understand business processes.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Preference given to candidates from IIT, NIT or IIIT.
  • Familiarity with Film/Video Production and AI tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction with team members.
  • Expertise in growth hacking to identify and implement innovative strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management to manage and execute projects effectively.
  • Interest or experience in the media-tech industry is advantageous.
