Job Title: Senior Analyst\

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Pricing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of pricing strategies for various product categories across channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:\
  • Provide cluster-specific data analytics, including development and deployment of necessary dashboards, reporting & insights.\
  • Research, design, and develop applicable statistical approaches/models for specific business problems (Price Testing, Price Change, Post Mortem & Category review).\
  • Design and develop processes to gather, explore, structure, enrich, and clean large datasets from various internal and external sources.\
  • Leverage Item role designation (Key Value Item (KVI), Head, Core & Tail) models in support of Role of Category and Intent objectives to develop insights.\
  • Develop scalable retail test processes and frameworks for design of experiment, test v/s control testing, baseline development, assessment, and recommendations.\
  • Analyze Competitor demographics & performance for pricing across key categories.\
  • Perform Ad Hoc reporting and analysis for Pricing team.\
  • Develop executive-ready presentations synthesizing multiple data sets to effect a new decision related to Pricing.\

    • Requirements:\
    • 3-6 years of relevant experience\
    • Bachelor's Degree plus 3+ years' experience in an analytical role OR 6+ years of relevant experience in a professional environment\
    • Skill Set Required:\
    • Primary Skills (must have)\
      • \
      • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or any other Quantitative discipline plus 3+ years' experience in analytical role\
      • Experience in Data mining and visualization tool such as Power BI, Excel, GCP, and SQL (ETL)\
      • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to accumulate, evaluate, and generate insights from disparate data sources. Capable of summarizing vast amounts of information as well as understanding the detail supporting the analysis\
      • Story building with data – Presentations that depict results in a way that can be shared across levels & actionable insights\
      • Experience in statistical concepts/modeling\
      • Process Improvement/Automation experience\
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously\
      • Secondary Skills (desired)\
