We are seeking a talented and driven professional to join our team as a Data Driven Product Associate.

Job Description

In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth through data analysis and product development. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business challenges, fueling product improvements and growth.

You will analyze open-ended business challenges across various teams, interpret product usage data to uncover gaps and identify growth opportunities, and tackle product and user experience issues through research, critical thinking, and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities include working closely with product, technology, marketing, and customer teams to deliver impactful changes, designing and executing experiments while tracking metrics and iterating quickly on activation funnels and retention cohorts, and conducting competitive benchmarking, user interviews, and internal process audits.

You will take full ownership of growth experiments, managing them from ideation to execution, and collaborate with other departments to drive results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Statistics, Cognitive Science, Design, Philosophy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured approach.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
