We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality delivery across all phases of our projects.

You will define and execute QA strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks aligned with our digital transformation goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and project testing teams to validate business requirements, identify defects, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

In this role, you will drive continuous improvement in QA processes and mentor QA teams across onsite and offshore locations. You will also be responsible for leading the Core Production Implementation function within specified SLA, schedule, budget, and scope parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA planning, execution, and reporting for FLEXCUBE Core Banking implementations.
  • Define test strategies for functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
  • Manage QA teams and coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Vendors.
  • Review and validate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements through test cases and defect tracking.
