Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to fill a key role within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure project objectives are met.
- Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality and quality, providing actionable feedback to stakeholders.
- Identify and remedy defects within the production process, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Recommend and implement preventative and corrective actions to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Compile and analyze statistical data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Ensure user expectations are met during testing, delivering high-quality products that exceed customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with a strong foundation in software development and quality assurance.
- Proven experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing, with a track record of success in improving product quality and reducing defects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
