Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our deliverables.

  • This includes planning, executing, and performing inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.
  • You will also be responsible for suggesting solutions to identified deliverable problems and assisting operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.

The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized and methodical professional with experience in quality assurance and analytical skills. You should be comfortable reviewing content in non-English languages and have knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop or update inspection procedures to ensure trend alignment and proper documentation and tracking of issues.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management.
  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
  • Collect quality data by maintaining issues and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ year experience in promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or any other related domain.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it.
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation.
