Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Expert to oversee all aspects of quality assurance, ensuring the highest standards of software quality.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role. You should be proficient in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks that deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and implementing quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Identifying defects and ensuring that software products meet desired quality standards
  • Conducting thorough testing, assessing current testing processes, and suggesting potential improvements or automation opportunities

Onboarding Timeline:

  • First Month: Training on solutions, gaining deep understanding of major products
  • First 3 Months: Working with Lead, creating or updating test cases based on product requirements
  • First 6 Months: Conducting thorough testing, identifying defects, and ensuring software products meet desired quality standards
