Job Overview

Closing Specialists play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless sales experiences for clients. They work under the guidance of experienced Site Heads/Team Leaders – Closures, coordinating closely with client-facing teams and clients to deliver top-notch sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Client Partners and brokers to facilitate closure of referred clients by updating them on lead status and documentation requirements.
  • Attend direct walk-ins and sourced leads at project sites, presenting projects, unique selling points, pricing, and offers with clarity and conviction.
  • Maintain market awareness through research and analysis to stay updated on trends and market landscapes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and booking processes by preparing cost sheets, booking forms, and collecting necessary KYC documents.
  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth execution of bookings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, reporting daily activities, walk-ins, and closure progress to Site Heads/Managers.

Competencies and Attributes:

  • Prior experience in commercial and residential real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and demanding clients.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsiveness under pressure.
