Job Title: Finance Director
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee our financial operations, accounts, compliances, and secretarial work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and audits.
- Handle banking, treasury, and compliance matters.
- Support in statutory filings, Board resolutions, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management.
- Coordinate with Merchant Banker, Registrar, Stock Exchange for Pre-IPO & Post-IPO compliances.
Requirements:
- Qualification: CS with MBA Finance or M.Com with strong finance knowledge preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Finance/Accounts/Compliance.
- Exposure to secretarial work/company law will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
