Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, configure, and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud solutions for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

  • Develop scalable, high-performing applications that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency by designing and deploying Oracle PCS workflows to automate business processes.
  • Build and maintain database objects, procedures, functions, and packages in Oracle PL/SQL to support PCS/OIC integrations, integrating PCS solutions with Oracle SaaS applications (Fusion HCM, Finance, SCM) and other enterprise systems via OIC integrations.
  • Collaborate with finance teams and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into PCS process flows and human tasks, develop custom UI forms using Oracle VBCS to support process workflows, and troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing PCS and PL/SQL components for performance and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and integration standards across all PCS and PL/SQL implementations, and prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and user documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud, PCS, PL/SQL, and OIC.
  • Experience with Oracle SaaS applications (Fusion HCM, Finance, SCM).
  • Strong understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and query optimization.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field.
