As a seasoned technical leader, you will spearhead the development of innovative SAP BTP applications and integrations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing team to drive delivery excellence
  • Strategically planning work, allocating resources, and tracking milestones to ensure timely completion
  • Designing and implementing secure, compliant solutions using SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms
  • Troubleshooting complex escalations and driving performance optimization
  • Maintaining clear documentation and facilitating knowledge sharing through training and coaching sessions
Required Skills & Qualifications">

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in technical leadership roles. Key requirements include:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in leading technical teams and managing delivery
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Extensive experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, collaboration, and communication skills
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus
  • Proven experience in leading teams, driving initiatives, and collaborating globally
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes
