Program Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our EdTech initiatives. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless program delivery, fostering strong relationships between students, mentors, and team members, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timeline management and resource allocation.
  • Establish and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, addressing concerns and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as attendance, completion rates, and feedback, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with sales, content, and product teams to enhance the overall student experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the EdTech sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful programs, with a focus on operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the capacity to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for driving accountability and excellence across teams.
