Director of Learning and Development

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the design, execution, and optimization of impactful learning strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative learning programs that support employee growth and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead the creation and facilitation of high-impact training initiatives, including communication enhancement, behavioral, soft skills, and analytical skills.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through tailored leadership training programs and frameworks.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
