Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess analytical skills, be proactive, and able to translate client goals into high-performing campaigns.

Responsibilities Overview
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies across programmatic platforms and mobile UA channels.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, ensuring KPIs (CTR, CPI, CPA, ROI) are met or exceeded.
  • Promote campaign efficiency and scale by optimizing ad delivery.
  • Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth communication with advertisers.
  • Address tracking, delivery, or pacing issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive campaign success.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in campaign management (Programmatic / UA / Digital Advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, MMPs like AppsFlyer/Firebase/Adjust).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
