Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for client requirements and queries.
  • Understand client objectives and communicate with clarity.
  • Support positive client relationships.
  • Draft communication materials such as briefing notes, presentations, and one-pagers.
  • Gather insights, case studies, and industry news to support client deliverables.
  • Contribute to thought-leadership initiatives under guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality outputs on time.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure processes run smoothly.
  • Provide operational support to the Unit Lead/Manager for client projects.
  • Conduct research, competitor benchmarking, and trend tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, communications, PR or related fields.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good writing and presentation abilities.
  • Awareness of digital media, influencers, and media landscapes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities include managing client expectations, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining positive relationships.

While supporting client projects, you will gather insights, conduct research, and provide operational assistance to the team.

Effective communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
