Graphic Design Professional

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our digital creative team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled designer with 1–3 years of experience in creating visually compelling assets for digital campaigns, social media, short-form videos, and more.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing static and motion graphics for digital platforms (social media, banners, reels, YouTube, etc.) and collaborating with copywriters, creative directors, and brand teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.

The role requires ensuring brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity are consistently maintained while contributing to ideation sessions with visual storytelling insights and creative solutions.

The successful candidate will also stay up-to-date with digital aesthetics, platform-specific formats, and design trends and be agile with feedback, while maintaining design quality and originality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design creation: Develop high-quality designs for digital platforms, including social media, banners, and reels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure brand consistency.
  • Brand management: Maintain brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity across all digital channels.
  • Ideation: Contribute to creative discussions and provide innovative ideas for visual storytelling.
  • Staying current: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, platform-specific formats, and digital aesthetics.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a creative agency or digital-first brand setup.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates solid design fundamentals, digital know-how, and creative range.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro is a bonus).
  • Multiple briefs: Ability to work on multiple briefs simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Social media design: Strong understanding of social media design formats (especially Instagram, YouTube, ).
  • Motion design: Basic motion design skills or an interest in learning is a big plus.
