This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

">Main Responsibilities:">
  • Plan and execute end-to-end paid campaigns to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Develop effective funnel strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Segment audiences based on interests, behaviors, and demographics to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per click (CPC), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and optimize daily for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging.
  • Manage campaign budgets, A/B testing, and scaling to maximize results.
  • Analyze weekly/monthly performance reports to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all campaigns.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling.
  • Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting using Google Sheets and dashboards.
  • Strong copywriting skills with ability to craft compelling hooks and CTAs.
  • Detailed-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven individual.
