Performance Marketing Specialist Job Description

The role of Performance Marketing Specialist involves leading paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. This includes Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve ROI-focused goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-action (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide regular performance reports.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for effective targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Continuously run A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup).
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience in agency environments with multi-client campaign management.
  • Familiarity with programmatic ads and marketing automation tools.
