Mandatory Criteria

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of scaling budgets and campaigns efficiently over time.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Candidate must have managed large budgets on META specifically Facebook LinkedIn Instagram
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Core experience with companies that operate primarily online
  • Must have experience working with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) companies
  • Must have scaled budgets and campaigns efficiently over time
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads platforms
  • Experience in optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversions
  • Familiarity with campaign budget management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage a team of 5-6 people
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Digital marketing certifications are a plus

Your Contribution to the Team:

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Facebook ad platforms
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand our business objectives and marketing goals
  • Develop and execute effective Ad campaign strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Create compelling ad copy and visual assets
  • Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Provide regular reports and analyses to the leadership on campaign performance
