About the Role
As a Marketing Performance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand objectives, performance-driven strategies, and ROI-focused execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth.
- Keyword Research and Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators such as return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), cost per action (CPA), and conversions.
- Collaboration with Creative Team: Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with the brand's voice and aesthetic.
- Campaign Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using data analytics tools.
- Staying Current with Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Providing Insights and Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns, preferably in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools, Google Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
- Understanding of E-commerce Funnels: Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
