Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader with hands-on expertise in paid media to lead and scale our advertising efforts across multiple platforms.

This is a leadership role for someone who can build campaigns, build teams, and drive business growth.

You will lead a performance-driven team, manage high-budget campaigns, and own our media buying strategy from top to bottom.

  • Develop and execute full-funnel strategies for Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with a focus on ROI, CAC, LTV, and scaling profitably
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of paid media specialists and analysts
  • Oversee media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging and funnel optimization
  • Report results, insights, and forecasts to executive leadership regularly
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience
  • Proven success managing 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets across regions
  • Data-obsessed with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing, and reporting
  • Able to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed
