Job Title: Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities within assigned regions, ensuring corporate revenue and profit goals are met. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on quality, consistency, and continuity of work performed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a specialist in applying related rules, regulations, requirements, concepts, principles, and processes to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Managers to develop short-term and long-term business plans and budget strategies.
  • Manage daily operations to meet business plan objectives, budget goals, and performance indicators aligned with corporate targets.
  • Assist in reporting labor utilization, billing status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to meet client requirements, scheduling, staffing, and completion of assignments.
  • Resolve client issues related to scope of work, service quality, and billing.
  • Stay informed about market opportunities, competitive threats, and needs for improvement in technology, services, and manpower.
  • Promote Apave TIV's services and capabilities to customers and monitor similar activities by subordinates.
  • Monitor staff utilization within assigned regions, taking action to address workload imbalances and staff over- or under-utilization.

This role requires a proactive approach to addressing challenges and seizing opportunities to drive business growth and success.
