Technical Lead - Oracle HFM

We seek a seasoned Oracle HFM Technical Lead to oversee strategic initiatives and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of excellence in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) through strategic planning and team leadership.
  • Administer HFM systems, including configuration, performance tuning, and issue resolution to ensure seamless financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize metadata management, business rules, and data integration techniques.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver corporate standards for financial close cycles and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Skills: Expertise in Oracle HFM, leadership/managerial experience, strong understanding of metadata management, and hands-on experience with Oracle EPM suite tools such as FDMEE and Smart View.

Achieving expertise in multiple Oracle EPM tools is highly desirable for this role.
