Job Title: Oracle Technical Support

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS R12 professional to fill this key position.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support for Oracle EBS R12 across various Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Oracle EBS layers with ease.
  • Manage issue resolutions and handle custom enhancements independently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
Key Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support.
  • Proven track record of handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading.
  • Technical support experience in SCM modules for 4+ years minimum.
  • Candidates must demonstrate real production ticket resolutions in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules during the interview.

This is a contract role with remote work arrangement.
