Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our finance team as an Assistant Manager.

  • Partner with commercial teams to drive franchise business and collaborate with franchise partners for timely closure of commercial arrangements.
  • Support contract execution, updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enable AOP delivery on volume, NSV, and pricing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing.
  • Follow up with partners for payment collection and monitor overdue payments.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with contracts.
  • Validate partner-reported data and highlight discrepancies.
  • Assist with franchise partner account management, including payment reconciliation and clearing entries.
  • Act as a query response mechanism for the team and provide business context for timely resolution of queries.
  • Prepare finance committee and executive committee documents.
  • Fulfill various ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with internal finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records for all commercial and contract-related activities.

Requirements

  • Hold CA/CA Inter/CMA qualification with 2-3 years experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong business partnering and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
