Store Leader Job Description

As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing overall boutique operations while upholding luxury standards at every client touchpoint.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive the boutique to achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies and motivating the team.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, ticket size, client acquisition, and repeat clients to ensure optimal results.
  • Evaluate and improve every client interaction to reflect luxury brand values and ethos.
  • Foster a culture of personalized clienteling and post-sale follow-up to increase customer loyalty.
  • Organize and host private events, previews, and activations to engage clients and promote products.
  • Maintain impeccable grooming, etiquette, and storytelling standards as a brand ambassador.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor client advisors, assistants, and support staff to ensure they meet luxury service standards.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and conduct product knowledge and service training sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Create a motivated and luxury-driven team culture that exceeds client expectations.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and safe-room protocols to maintain optimal store conditions.

This role requires 6–10 years of luxury retail experience, a proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets, strong operational expertise in inventory, finance, and compliance, excellent communication skills, polished grooming, refined etiquette, and luxury presence in client interactions, and a passion for creating memorable client experiences.
