About the Department
The Human Resources department at TresVista plays a vital role in enabling the company's employees to drive impact. The department is responsible for talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee productivity and wellbeing, performance reviews, and other aspects that affect the firm and its people. The Talent Acquisition function focuses on developing a strategic approach to identifying, assessing, and acquiring skilled employees to meet organizational needs.
Job Overview
The Senior IT Recruiter & Talent Manager will serve as a bridge between the hiring team and candidates, ensuring seamless operations. Key responsibilities include attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent in technical departments such as Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, Front-end, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a recruitment plan based on department requirements
- Post job opportunities on relevant job portals and update them as needed
- Source and screen potential candidates to fulfill staffing needs, particularly in technical departments
- Review and shortlist candidate applications, conduct initial screening calls, and maintain candidate databases
- Coordinate assessments and interviews, and develop creative ways to attract the right talent using various online portals
- Assist in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of programming languages, databases, cloud, and AI/ML
- Strong understanding of the Data Analytics landscape, including the skills and competencies required for different roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms, tools, and techniques to assess candidates' qualifications
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and evolving recruitment trends in the Data Analytics industry
- Experience in hiring technology professionals, preferably in data and analytics or Artificial Intelligence/Software Engineering
Experience and Education:
3 to 8 years of relevant work experience in HR (Talent Acquisition/Recruitment preferred)
Graduate in any discipline or technical specialization preferred
Compensation:
The compensation structure will be based on industry standards
